Would applying to different graduate programs at the same school look bad?
Let’s say I want to apply to Occupational Therapy and Public Health graduate programs at the same college. Would the departments know that I applied for another program? Would it look bad?

they may depending on the college, no it would not look bad, it is just letting them know that you are still leaving your options open.
